Martial arts gym software for classes, members, and belt progression

Recurring class schedules — kids, juniors, adults, no-gi, gi — with memberships, attendance, signed waivers, and instructor payouts. Built for academies that train everyone from white belt to black belt.

What is Sclubber for martial arts academies?

Sclubber is a martial arts gym management platform for BJJ academies, MMA gyms, boxing schools, karate dojos, Muay Thai camps, and mixed-discipline academies. Members book classes via the free iOS and Android app; gym staff manage the full schedule, memberships, attendance, and instructor sessions from a web portal. Recurring class schedules handle the typical weekly rotation — fundamentals, advanced, no-gi, gi, kids, juniors, women's, open mat — each with capacity, attendance tracking, and waitlists. Memberships support unlimited monthly access, class quotas (e.g., 8 classes/month), family plans, and contract billing. Members pay online with card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, or pay-in-club for cash. Private one-on-one sessions schedule alongside group classes with instructor payouts. Signed waivers and parent contact for kids are first-class. Available globally — any martial arts academy, anywhere.

FAQ

Martial arts software — common questions

Can I sell unlimited monthly memberships with auto-renewal?
Yes. Memberships renew automatically with the saved payment method. Members can pause or cancel from the app per your contract terms.
Can I require a signed waiver before a student can train?
Yes. Set up a waiver document per academy or per class type; members sign it during onboarding and the signed copy is stored on their profile. Required for first booking.
How do I handle kids' classes with parent contact?
Kids' classes use age-group restrictions (e.g., 6–11). Parent contact (phone, email, emergency contact) is required at registration. Bookings can be made by the parent on the kid's behalf.
Can I track belt and stripe progression?
Yes, with manual notes per student today. Each member profile has a notes field for belt, stripes, and promotion dates. Auto-promotion rules (e.g., '8 attendance + 6 months at white belt') are on the roadmap.
Can instructors run their own classes and get paid out?
Yes. Assign each class to an instructor; their share of the class revenue accumulates as an available balance. They request payouts to their bank account in 1–3 business days.
Does Sclubber support seminars and visiting instructors?
Yes. Seminars are one-off events with capacity, entry fee, and a different (visiting) instructor. Same booking and payment flow as regular classes.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Basic is free forever: 3 instructors, 10 classes/month, pay-in-club. Pro $49/mo adds online payments and full analytics. Enterprise $199/mo is unlimited.
