Football pitch bookings — questions venues ask

Can a team captain book and split payment across players?
Yes. The captain reserves the pitch and pays upfront, or invites teammates to pay their share via the app. Payment status per player is tracked.
Can I support both 5-a-side and 11-a-side on the same pitch?
Yes. Tag the pitch with multiple formats. When a 5-a-side booking comes in, the system reserves a half; an 11-a-side booking takes the full pitch. Pricing differs per format.
Can teams book the same slot every week automatically?
Yes. For recurring team bookings, the captain creates a weekly recurring reservation (every Tuesday 7pm for the next 12 weeks). Each occurrence can be cancelled individually if needed.
Can I run weekend tournaments and corporate league nights?
Yes. Tournaments are one-off events with capacity, entry fee, and bracket scheduling. Recurring leagues run as repeating events with weekly fixtures.
How do payments work? When do I get paid?
Online: card, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Pay-in-club: cash with manual mark-paid. Funds in your club account, payouts to your bank in 1–3 business days. Platform fees: 10% / 7% / 5% on Basic / Pro / Enterprise.
Can I rent vests, balls, and equipment to teams?
Yes. Attach rental items to a booking with per-item inventory and rental fees. Members can grab gear at the front desk and the cost is added to the bill.
Does it work for grass pitches and 3G surfaces?
Yes. Tag each pitch with surface (grass, 3G, indoor, futsal court). Players filter by surface; you can price differently and weather-plan outdoor pitches.
